We provide advertising and lead-generation services for UK law firms. Information on this website is general and illustrative. It is not legal advice, and it is not an offer capable of immediate acceptance.
3. Using this website
- You must use the site lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
- Content is protected by copyright and other IP rights. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy our site design, copy or branding for commercial use without our written permission.
- Pricing shown is indicative, excludes VAT unless stated, and may change. A binding price is only confirmed in a written proposal or order form.
4. Audit requests
Submitting the audit form is a request for us to contact you. It does not create a client relationship. We will use the details you provide as described in our privacy notice.
5. No reliance on calculator figures
The campaign return calculator on the homepage is illustrative only. Results depend on practice area, location, competition, creative, landing pages and intake speed. Management fees are not included in the calculator.
6. Third-party sites
Links to third-party sites (for example regulators or font providers) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability arising from website use is limited to £100.
8. Paid services
If you instruct us, the written proposal, order form or services agreement will set out fees, term, notice, deliverables and any service-specific terms. Those documents prevail over these website terms for the paid engagement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.
